Welcome! I am a PhD candidate at the University of Twente (advised by Cristian Hesselman, Ralph Holz, and Suzan Bayhan),
whre my research focuses on measuring the security and resilience of global Internet infrastructure. Specifically, I quantify key security attributes of Autonomous Systems (ASes), such as routing security and DDoS resilience to evaluate and improve the safety of Internet paths.
Alongside my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Engineering, I hold a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.).
Prior to my doctoral studies, I spent 13 years at Nepal Telecom (2010–2023) in roles spanning Senior Network Engineer, IP Network Engineer, System Administrator, and Software Engineer. In these positions, I designed, deployed, and managed large-scale IP networks. I began my career as a Ruby on Rails developer at Cloudfactory (2009–2010).
